A Harmonious Balance of Independence and Support
Emerald Fields of Troy provides a stable continuum of care for adults with chronic emotional impairment. We offer the security of long-term residency, where appropriate . . . . and a full return to community life, where possible. Our individualized care philosophy, which embraces wellness as its goal, is reflected in every aspect of design, from facility architecture to therapeutic programming. The days of the residents will be structured using agricultural and art therapy. An expansive, 21 acre, tree-lined property in Troy Township, Emerald Fields is situated in a rural community of less than 2,000, nestled in the Southeast corner of Geauga County, Ohio, and home to many Amish families. The campus, which will be completed in the summer of 2008, will accommodate 30 residents and a 24-hour staff. |
